Common questions

How do I join my church?

Ask a captain for an invite. Download Kirk, open the invite on your iPhone, and sign in with your email and password. If you forget the password, use Forgot password.

How do I send a report?

On Sunday, hold the Report button for one second, choose a type, and confirm.

I sent a report by mistake.

Tap Undo right away. If that window has closed, tell a captain.

Alerts are not arriving.

Open iPhone Settings, tap Notifications, then Kirk. Turn on Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

Delete in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), or email support@kirksafety.com for help.

How to reach a captain

In the app, open the Crew tab and look under People. Captains are listed there with the crew.

In an emergency, call 911 first. Kirk doesn't replace emergency services.
